This report presents the projects supported in 2007 by Artois-Picardie Agency dealing with :

. acces to potable water and sanitation in emerging countries (following to "Oudin-Santini" law enforced in 2005)

. institutional cooperation (i.e. twinning between Artois-Picardie Agency and Water Management Administrative Bodies in Europe)

. the transboundary cooperation on the Scheldt International District
